Your tasks

• Independently performing minor repairs and maintenance work in the building
• Care and maintenance of the garden, including landscaping and plant care
• Taking care of janitorial duties such as minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance
• Organization and execution of purchases for the business, as well as errands
• Planning and coordination of renovation and installation work
• Support for construction projects and the implementation of maintenance measures
• Ensuring the proper care and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure
• Monitoring of general building management and support for building automation
• Compliance with safety regulations and performance of preventive inspections

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in this field (e.g. as a carpenter, electrician, plumber or in a similar skilled trade)
• Practical experience in building management and caretaking duties
• Industry knowledge and contact with external contacts (architects, contractors)
• You have advanced German and/or English (B2+)
• Negotiation skills and high communication skills
• You are a team player and enjoy working outdoors as well as indoors.
• You are reliable, independent, and able to carry out tasks on your own initiative.
• You have a Class B driver's license.

🎯 Key Tasks

• Test and validate electronic products developed in R&D within a laboratory environment.

• Assist in hardware and firmware debugging using tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, and logic analyzer.

• Assemble and repair electronic boards (SMD/THT soldering).

• Support PCB design and modification using CAD tools (Altium™ Designer).

• Collaborate with R&D engineers in the development of new products.

• Participate in technical meetings and suggest improvements.

• Learn every day, with continuous support and training.

🔍 What We Are Looking For

• Technical qualification (professional school or CTeSP) in Electronics, Programming, Mechatronics, or similar fields.

• Interest in technology, microcontrollers, sensors, programming, and equipment repair.

• Enjoy solving problems and working with bench tools.

• Team spirit, dynamism, and a willingness to grow.

• Basic knowledge of technical English is valued.
