With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Jorge is a passionate and driven professional who leads, advises, and empowers businesses, agencies, and startups to achieve their goals and scale their impact. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Dengun, a startup studio and digital agency, Jorge helps founders and companies with business strategy, growth marketing, fundraising, VC relationships, and innovation.
Jorge is also the founder of several initiatives that aim to promote and support the marketing and tourism sectors in the Algarve region, such as SHARE Algarve, an international marketing and innovation conference and the Algarve Tourism Conference.
Additionally, he shares his knowledge and expertise as a mentor, teacher, and consultant, working with various organisations.

# ​​Speakers: Jorge Louro & Marco Peereboom

Jorge Louro is the FSL Ambassador for Portugal, actively engaged with the entire FSL ecosystem for over two years. He is also a computer science teacher at Loulé High School and runs a guest house in Coimbra. Passionate about running, especially trail running and sky running, Jorge has participated in several marathons and ultra marathons in recent years.
​FSL is an Ecosystem that encompasses games such as STEPN, STEPNGO, GASHERO, MORCHI. There is also a marketplace called MOOAR and a DEX DOOAR.

Marco Peereboom is a senior software and electrical engineer with 30 years of experience. Among his rich contributions to open source, he was the initial author of several key components of Decred, an early Proof-of-Stake/Proof-of-Work hybrid blockchain, as well as one of the initial developers of BTCd, the first full reimplementation of the Bitcoin node software. Outside of crypto, Marco has worked on many projects such as OpenBSD, Bitrig, xombrero, spectrwm, and more. In addition, Marco has extensive enterprise server and storage experience through a decade at Dell. He has co-authored several patents and holds a degree in engineering from Rens & Rens in the Netherlands.
