Integration Analyst
We are looking for a Connectivity Partner Analyst for our department.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond directly to the Connectivity Partner Manager;
- Responsible for managing the partner integration project in the Development Support and Technical Certification phases;
- Provide technical support for integration projects for the various Omnibees APIs;
- Carrying out Scenario Tests and Technical Certification of Partners in the Certification environment;
- Identify problems effectively, escalating to other teams when necessary;
- Participation in meetings with certification partners to clarify doubts;
- Analysis of logs from a technical perspective, reporting the point of failure to the development team or to the partner that is carrying out the development, when necessary;
- Assisting teammates in their day-to-day activities;
- Update of technical documentation for APIs;
- Technical support in meetings with other departments and team training;
- Support for testing new functionalities in the certification environment;
- Carrying out internal tasks to organize and improve team flows;
- Participation and support in meetings with partners;
- Execution of scripts in the certification environment;
- Updating data in Omnibees CRM;
