Digital Signage and Hospitality Solutions
Main responsibilities
- Install Hospitality or Digital Signage solutions developed by the company.
- Participate in solution testing tasks, in a controlled environment, reporting errors and/or points for improvement.
- Provide technical support, remotely or in person, for installed solutions.
- Creation of content and demonstration scenarios.
- Provide remote or in-person training on the solutions belonging to the portfolio.
- Creation of documentation for installed solutions or user manuals.
- Fix equipment (TVs) to walls, ceilings and other surfaces, in accordance with installation specifications and customer requirements, using tools (electric or non-electric) and equipment indicated for the tasks.
